Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 Hrs and check-out time is 11:00 Hrs.

Tour prices are based on the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE) at the time of costing. Any fluctuation in the foreign exchange rate may result in a revision of the tour price.

Hotels in Japan generally provide twin-sharing accommodation, and room sizes may be comparatively compact.
Due to daily sightseeing schedules and operational requirements, meal timings may occasionally vary, including early or late lunches and dinners.
As per Japanese transport regulations, coach services are available for a maximum of 10 hours per day, and the itinerary has been planned accordingly.
All airport transfers, intercity transfers, and sightseeing (including entrance fees wherever specified in the itinerary) will be provided in a comfortable air-conditioned coach.
Guests are advised to travel with one check-in suitcase and one cabin bag per person, as luggage space in the coach is limited.
During travel by the Shinkansen Bullet Train, each guest may carry one cabin bag (up to 7 kg) onboard. One check-in suitcase per person will be conveniently forwarded to the next destination through Japan’s efficient Luggage Forwarding Service.
The services of an Experienced Multilingual Indian Tour Manager and/or a Professional English-Speaking Local Guide will be provided as specified in the itinerary.
To ensure smooth tour operations, passengers may occasionally be combined with another group if the group size is below the operational minimum.
If any sightseeing attraction, monument, or excursion is closed due to weather conditions, maintenance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, a suitable alternative will be arranged wherever possible. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
The sequence of sightseeing, overnight stays, and travel may be revised due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic, local events, or circumstances beyond our control. However, every effort will be made to cover all sightseeing and inclusions mentioned in the itinerary.
Due to traffic conditions, weather, or strict driving regulations in Japan, packed meals may occasionally be served in place of restaurant meals.

Guests wishing to arrive in Japan before the scheduled tour commencement or depart after the completion of the tour may request a travel deviation at the time of booking. Such requests are subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
