Welcome to Travel Times! By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your travel arrangements.

Booking & Confirmation

We may collect the following information when you use our services or interact with our website:

All bookings are subject to availability.
A minimum deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Final confirmation will be provided only after receiving complete payment.

Pricing

All prices listed are per person unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, or government taxes.
Any increase in cost due to such factors will be borne by the traveler.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Tour/package inclusions will be clearly stated in the itinerary.
Expenses such as personal shopping, tips, travel insurance, and optional activities are excluded unless mentioned.

Travel Insurance

Travel Times strongly recommends that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, delays, health emergencies, or loss of belongings.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses not covered by your insurance.

Passports, Visas & Documentation

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
We can provide assistance with visa guidance, but issuance is at the discretion of the respective embassy.

Liability Disclaimer

Travel Times acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.).
We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.
Any claims or disputes must be directed to the respective service provider.

Amendments by the Company

Travel Times reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather, political conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Alternate arrangements will be offered in such cases.

Conduct & Behavior

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with fellow travelers, guides, and service staff.
Any misconduct or illegal activity may result in removal from the trip without refund.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai,Tamilnadu India.
