Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled at Travel Times.

Cancellation by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (via email or WhatsApp).

🕒 Cancellation Timeline & Charges:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund (10% processing fee deducted).
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Note: Refund percentages are calculated on the total package amount, not the deposit paid.

Cancellation by Travel Times

In rare cases, if we need to cancel a trip due to operational reasons, natural calamities, or force majeure (strikes, weather issues, political unrest):

  • You will receive a 100% refund or
  • You may choose to reschedule or switch to another available package of equal value.

Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are non-refundable once paid:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Airline tickets issued
  • Hotel bookings made under non-refundable policies
  • Service charges or booking fees

Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used.
  • If payment was made in installments, refunds will be proportionately adjusted.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date or itinerary changes requested by the traveler are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Last-minute changes (within 7 days of departure) may not be accommodated.
