On arrival at Chennai’s Anna international airport and drive to hotel for fresh up and the rest of the day is at leisure. Get back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Up and early take a walk around the famous Kapaleswarar temple at Mylapore and Parthasarathy temple at Triplicane, important landmarks of Chennai. After early breakfast drive to Mamallapuram the 7th century port city of the South Indian dynasty reigned by the Pallava. The Rathas (temples in the form of chariots), Mandapas (cave sanctuaries), Giant open air rock reliefs such as the famous Descent of the Ganges, and the Shore Temple, with thousands of sculptures to the glory of Lord Shiva will bring to life pages of history.
